Shipping & Returns — Rates, Times and Replacements
Shipping
Every Wesay piece is printed on demand by our production partner at the facility closest to your delivery address — in the US, Europe, the UK, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan or Australia. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.
Rates
- United States: $7.95 flat, any number of items.
- Rest of the world: $12.95 flat, any number of items.
Timings
- Production: 2–5 business days. This is when your item is actually made.
- Delivery, United States: typically 3–7 business days after production.
- Delivery, international: typically 6–14 business days after production.
Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as the parcel leaves the facility. Orders with several designs may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you, because they can be produced in different facilities.
Customs and import taxes
Most orders are produced in the same region they ship to, so duties rarely apply. Where they do, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are charged by the carrier on delivery.
Returns and replacements
Print on demand means every item is made exclusively for your order. Please use the size chart on the product page before ordering — and if you are unsure, write to us first, we would much rather answer a question than replace a shirt.
We replace free of charge, with no return shipping required, any item that arrives:
- damaged in transit,
- misprinted or with a print defect,
- different from what you ordered.
Email support@wesaystore.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will get a replacement moving the same day.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)
If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom you can change your mind within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Tell us at support@wesaystore.com (the model form is in our Terms of Service), and we will reply with the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and unwashed; return shipping is on you. We refund the price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of your notice, once the item is on its way back.
Customers in Colombia
You can retract your purchase within 5 business days of delivery (Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47), returning the item in the condition you received it; return shipping is on you.
Everywhere else
We do not accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, except where your local law gives you that right. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are always replaced, as above.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once the shipping fee is covered again. Double-check the apartment number — it is the single most common reason parcels come back.
Address changes and cancellations
We can change an address or cancel an order only before it enters production, which is usually within a few hours of purchase. Write to us as quickly as possible and we will try.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and reship where appropriate.
