Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from wesaystore.com. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them, together with our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy.

1. Who you are buying from

Wesay is operated by Anthony Agudelo Oliveros, doing business as Makerson (Tax ID / NIT 1053818153-4), Cra 26 #29-42, Manizales, Caldas, Colombia. Contact: support@wesaystore.com.

2. Products

Every item is printed on demand after you order it, by our production partner, at the facility closest to your address. Colors can differ slightly from your screen, and placement and size of the print can vary by a few millimetres between pieces. Size charts are on every product page.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in obvious error, or we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total you see at checkout, including shipping, is what we charge. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. Depending on your country, the carrier may collect import duties or taxes on delivery; most orders are produced in the region they ship to, so this is uncommon.

5. Shipping and cancellations

Rates, production times and delivery windows are on Shipping & Returns. We can cancel or change an order only before it enters production, usually a few hours after purchase.

6. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@wesaystore.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge, without asking you to send it back. This does not limit your statutory rights: in the European Union, EEA and UK you have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery, and in other countries you keep the warranties your law grants.

7. Right of withdrawal — European Union, EEA and United Kingdom

If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods; if you ordered several items delivered separately, 14 days after you receive the last one.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to support@wesaystore.com (or by post to the address in section 1). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earliest.

You must send the goods back, to the return address we give you when you notify us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, worn or washed items).

8. Right of retraction — Colombia

If you are a consumer in Colombia, you may retract your purchase within 5 business days of delivery under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, returning the item by the same means and in the same condition you received it; return transport costs are yours. Contact support@wesaystore.com.

9. Other countries

Because every piece is made for your order, outside the EU, EEA, UK and Colombia we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size choice, except where your local law gives you that right. Section 6 always applies.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs, texts and branding on wesaystore.com belong to Wesay or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. The sayings themselves belong to everyone — that is the point.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Before going to court, please write to support@wesaystore.com: almost everything can be solved by email.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
