What exactly do you sell?
Clothing and art built around sayings from around the world. Each design starts from a real phrase — Colombian, Japanese, Polish, Turkish, Danish — and is drawn as artwork that stands on its own. Every design exists in an artwork-only version and a version carrying the saying in its original language.
What do the designs mean?
Every product page tells the story of its saying: where it is from, what it says literally, and what people actually mean by it. Longer versions of those stories live in the Journal.
How long will my order take?
Everything is printed on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping — typically 3–7 business days inside the US and 6–14 business days internationally. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the facility.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate: $7.95 within the United States and $12.95 to the rest of the world, however many items you order. Full detail on the Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Our production partners print in the US, Europe, the UK, Latin America, Canada, Japan and Australia, and your order is made at the facility closest to the delivery address — so an order to Madrid is printed in Europe, not flown from Los Angeles.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Usually not, because most orders are produced in the same region they ship to. Where duties or import taxes do apply, they are the customer’s responsibility.
How do the sizes run?
Our tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 in a unisex retail fit — true to size, slightly fitted through the body. Hoodies are unisex and roomier. Every product page carries a full size chart in inches and centimetres; if you are between sizes and want a relaxed fit, take the larger one.
Can I return or exchange for a different size?
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, yes: you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, with return shipping on you (Colombia: 5 business days). Everywhere else, because every piece is made exclusively for your order, we cannot accept size-choice or change-of-mind returns, so please check the size guide before ordering. Anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or defective is replaced free of charge. Details on Shipping & Returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email support@wesaystore.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it, at no cost and with no argument.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Only before the order enters production, which is usually a few hours after purchase. Write to us as fast as you can and we will do what we can.
How should I wash it?
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and do not iron directly over the print. Treated that way the print outlives the shirt.
Is the artwork-only version the same design?
Same illustration, minus the lettering. The with-saying version has the phrase drawn into the composition — not floated on top of it — in its original language and correct spelling.
